Description: The blue/green and caramel tones in the mammoth ivory scales on this Arthur Washburn creation are among my favorites. The scales taper gracefully from the butt of the knife to dovetail beautifully into the bolsters. The liners are fully fileworked and heat colored to a rich blue. Arthur's eye for detail led him to carry Devin's "spirograph" Damascus from the blade to the bolsters and through the fileworked backbar of the knife. The action is butter smooth and the blade perfectly centered.
