Description: The carving and filework lends extra interest to this dramatic wharncliffe blade. Tom's "Biohazard" pattern Damascus is incredibly detailed and very clean. This is the first of 10 knives made with a biohazard theme Damascus. There are only two that will be made with this particular Damascus pattern.
The straight edge of the wharncliffe blade is juxtaposed with the carving on the blade which flows into the comfortable curve of the handle. The orange and blue Timascus handle fits very comfortably into the hand, and the fileworked edges give a secure grip. The window frame heat blued Damascus is also "Biohazard" pattern. Tom specializes in knives that are visually exciting, yet still retain a friendly, organic design.
Timascus is a new material which is quickly hitting the knife market with a vengeance. First created by a group which includes Tom Ferry, Timascus is a very light and durable "Damascus" created by forging different grades of Titanium. This can be heat blued to a spectacular array of colors.
